With a bachelor's degree in computer science from Islamic Azad University, I embarked on a successful 6-year career in the industry. However, due to my passion for teaching children and teenagers, I decided to pursue a new path and make education my main focus.

My main interest is to teach children and teenagers the basic concepts of programming through games and animation. Programming fosters logical thinking and algorithmic reasoning, shaping students' minds to approach life issues with a different and more developed attitude

Experience:

I have 12 years of experience teaching programming at various levels of education in Farzangan (Tizhoshan) Schools, including numbers one, three, and five, as well as other top schools.
In 1991, I was recognized as a model teacher at Farzangan 3. Additionally, I served as the head of the computer group at Farzangan 5 High School for a year.
At Tizhoshan Schools, I have designed and organized Scratch and Python programming competitions, along with various exercises related to graphs and algorithms. These activities were conducted in collaboration with the computer group.
I am also actively involved in teaching other subjects, such as intelligence questions, algorithms, and kangaroo math. It is a method that uses games and riddles to enhance students' intelligence, creativity, analysis, and critical thinking skills.
I possess experience in teaching other programming languages, including C++, Python ,and Scratch ,also games and written mobile applications using tools such as B4A, Delphi, and Small Basic

بیتا: خانم فضلی بسیار معلم توانا، مهربان و مسلط به مطلب هستند که با توجه به نیازهای دانش آموز درس و مطالب رو هرچند پیچیده برای کلاس آماده میکنند. امیدوارم که همیشه سلامت باشند و به کار خوبشون ادامه بدهند.

مهدی: خانم فضلی منظم و با برنامه هستند. سعی میکنند با بچه ها دوست شوند و این به ارتباط بهتر و یادگیری بیشتر کمک میکند.

الهام: خانم فضلی علی‌رغم اینکه مدرس خوبی هستند، بسیار پرانرژی و خوش‌اخلاق هستند.

مریم: فرزانه جان معلمی متمرکز و ماهر هستند. ملورین و من کلاس ایشون رو دوست داریم. دخترم غیر از تمرینات ریاضی کلاس خصوصی مسایل مرتبط با ریاضیات مدرسه اش رو هم باهاشون مطرح می کنه و راهنمایی می گیرد. کلا مشورت کردن با فرزانه جون رو دوست دارد.

عایشه: خانم فضلی بسیار خوش اخلاق و مهربون هستند و پسرم خیلی کلاس ایشون رو‌ دوست دارد. ایشان مفاهیم ریاضی رو‌ خیلی خوب و‌ساده توضیح و درس میدن، طوریکه بچه‌ها از کلاسشون لذت میبرند.

سهیلا: خانم فضلی بسيار معلم توانمند و فوق العاده ای هم در تدريس رياضی و هم برنامه نويسی هستند، بچه های من از كلاس ايشون واقعا لذت می برند.

علی: خانم فضلی معلمی بسیار مجرب و با حوصله هست که به راحتی با نوجوانانی که فارسی زبان دومشون هست ارتباط برقرار میکنند و برنامه نویسی یاد میدهند! گربه زیبایشان باعث لطافت کلاسهاشون میشه!

شیوا: ما هم کلاسِ کدینگ با فرزانه جان داریم هم کلاس ریاضی. پسر ما با اشتیاق سر کلاس میره و خیلی ایشون رو دوست داره. خیلی خوب درس میدن و بسیار مهربان و با حوصله هستند.

بهاره: خانوم فضلی عالی هستن، نه فقط تدریسشون بلکه اخلاقشون، ماه آخر مدرسه ما بسیار بی نظم شده بودیم و ایشون با صبوری با ما همراهی کردن. از طرفی پسردوم من فارسی رو بعضی وقتا درست متوجه نمیشه و فرزانه جان با صبوری و حوصله چند بار براش میگن تا متوجه شه. زمان بندی شون، تسلطشون به تدریس، علاقمند کردن و علاقمند نگه داشتن بچه ها به تدریس، صبر و حوصله و اخلاق عالی هستن

Ava: She is Amazing, a really experienced and Knowledgeable teacher, and knows very well how to communicate with Teens and attract their interest, My son didn't like Coding and I just tried very hopelessly, But her expertise made my son eager and enthusiastic and is progressing very well

نقره: خانوم فضلي خيلي حرفه ای و با صبر و حوصله با پسر من كار ميكنن. پسر من خيلي كلاس هاشون را دوست داره و خيلي خوب داره پيشرفت ميكنه. ارتباط خيلي خوبی هم با ايشون برقرار كرده. خيلی ممنونيم از ايشون و همينطور تشكر از دست اندركاران درسون كه اين امكان رو فراهم كردند.

*خانم فرزانه فضلی به نظر من واقعا برای تدریس کودینگ به بچه ها ساخته شدند. من پسرم رو بدون هیچ انتظار خاصی در این کلاس ثبت نام کردم و واقعا فکر نمی کردم انقدر برایش جالب باشد که به نظرم درجه علاقه اش فقط به خانم فضلی و حوصله فراوانشون ربط داره. من از این کلاس بسیار راضی هستم.
