In this section, we explain the registration process in Darsoon. From the stage of finding a tutor to taking a lesson

Tutor Selection
First, you select the tutor. In many subjects, there are more than one tutor. You can select the tutor by reviewing their profiles, watching their videos, and reading the comments and the rating given by other learners

Free Introductory Meeting

After you select your tutor, click on the "Request a Free Introductory Meeting" button on the tutor's page on the Darsoon website and complete the corresponding form.
The tutor will send you a WhatsApp message to schedule the introductory meeting.
After setting the time of the introductory meeting, you and the tutor will hold a video call session on WhatsApp. The purpose of this session is for you and the tutor to get to know each other and to make sure that your expectations will be met by taking the lesson.
If the introductory meeting does not satisfy you, and you decide not to select that specific tutor, you can still find another tutor on Darsoon and return to step one

Payment and class registration
بعد از جلسه‌ی معرفی در صورتی که مایل بودید که با معلم کلاس بگیرید، دوباره به صفحه‌ی معلم در وبسایت درسون بروید و بسته‌ی دلخواه خود را انتخاب کرده و خریداری کنید. برای این کار مراحل زیر را انجام دهید:

بر روی دکمه‌ی «رزرو و پرداخت» کلیک کنید.

یک صفحه‌ی Pop-up باز میشود که در آن شما تعداد شاگردها، تعداد جلسات و نام شاگرد(ها) را وارد می‌کنید. مجموع هزینه پرداختی در پایین نمایش داده میشود. سپس بر روی دکمه‌ی پرداخت کلیک می‌کنید. در صورتی که گزینه‌ی شما وجود ندارد مستقیما با درسون تماس بگیرید.

حال یک صفحه‌ی Checkout باز هم به صورت Pop-up باز میشود. لطفا اطلاعات شخصی خود را در این صفحه وارد کنید و بر روی دکمه‌ی Continue کلیک کنید.

حال یک صفحه‌ی Payment Details باز هم به صورت Pop-up باز میشود. شما دکمه‌ی Pay Now را کلیک کنید تا به صفحه‌ی پرداخت در درگاه PayPal بروید.

حال یک صفحه‌ی ورود کاربری در وبسایت PayPal باز هم به صورت Pop-up باز میشود. برای پرداخت با کردیت کارت بر روی دکمه‌ی "Pay with Credit Card or Visa Debit" کلیک کنید.

در صفحه‌ی بعدی با عنوان "Pay with credit or Visa Debit card" مشخصات کردیت کارت خود را وارد کنید و دکمه‌ی "Pay" را کلیک کنید تا پرداخت شما انجام شود.

شما اکنون رسید پرداخت خود را در ایمیل دریافت می‌کنید.
After the introductory meeting, if you decide to take lessons with the tutor, please go to the tutor's page on our website and select and purchase your desired package. To do this, do the following steps:

Click on the "Booking and Payment" button.

A pop-up page will open up where you enter the number of learners, the number of sessions and the name of the learner(s). The total amount you should pay is displayed below. Then you click on the Payment button. If your choice is not available in the menu options, please contact us.

Next, a Checkout page will open up as a pop-up page. Please enter your personal information on this page and click on the Continue button.

Next, Payment Method page will open. You can go to the payment page in the PayPal portal by selecting the PayPal option. To pay by credit card, click on the Debit/Credit Card via Moneris.

If you select the PayPal option and after clicking the Pay Now button, you will enter a page to enter your PayPal information. After entering the information, you can make your payment.

If you choose "Debit/Credit Card via Moneris", enter your credit card details and click the "Pay Now" button to make your payment.

You will now receive your payment receipt by email.
Holding the lesson

بعد از این که بسته‌ی مورد نظرتان را خریداری کردید، با معلم تماس بگیرید و زمان کلاس‌هایتان را هماهنگ کنید و سپس آن‌ها را برگزار کنید.

لطفا قبل از شروع کلاس‌ها، بخش سوالات متداول درسون را بخوانید و با قوانین ما بویژه در مورد لغو کلاس‌ها آشنا شوید.

After you purchase a package, you can contact the tutor and schedule your classes.

Before starting the classes, please read the FAQ section and familiarize yourself with our rules, especially about the cancellation policy.
Providing feedback after the lessons
After the end of a package, you receive an email from Darsoon asking you to complete the feedback form and rate your tutor. With your approval, your review and rating will be posted on the tutor's page on Darsoon's website. In the email from Darsoon, you will also receive a link to your Darsoon dashboard, where you can see your payment information and the lesson dates
After the end of a package, Darson will send you an email to inform you of the completion of the classes in that package. In this email, you will also receive a link to the dashboard of your classes, where you can see your payment information and the classes you have held. You can complete the class feedback form and rate your teacher through this dashboard. Your opinion and rating will be posted on the teacher's page on Darson's website.
Continuing taking lessons
If you decide to continue taking lessons after the end of a package, you can go back to the tutor's page and purchase a new package
